Epic Service is how we recognize employees who go above and beyond in their day to day jobs and make someone’s day go from ordinary to epic. If you feel one of your colleagues has gone that extra mile, please nominate them for On-The-Spot Recognition. The On-the-Spot (OTS) program is an in-the-moment recognition program that rewards employees’ values-driven behavior, reinforcing our Company’s core values, emphasizing our Company culture, and providing timely recognition. On-the-Spot Recognition celebrates our values of Be Safe, Do Good, Do Right, Have Fun, Be Inclusive, Serve Others, and Drive Value.
All nominated employees are automatically entered into a raffle for cool prizes. In resorts, the employee’s manager will present them with a value pin and lanyard that can be proudly displayed while working.
