As a Vail Resorts employee, you automatically receive 40% off all retail products by presenting your employee ID at checkout.
Equipment Loan Program
If you can’t purchase your own equipment, we do have a loan program set up through our rental department. To participate in this, you must:
- Be a ski instructor
- Put a deposit down on the equipment using a credit card
- There will be no charge unless the equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned at the end of the season
- Return the equipment every two weeks for a safety inspection
- Have your location manager complete a Loan Program Authorization Form each time you return your equipment for inspection.
If you fail to do the above, you will no longer be able to participate in the program.
